I am Anoop Bawa — dentist, mom of two, and the founder of FROGLILY. I started FROGLILY because when my youngest daughter, Ashima was an infant and toddler, she would not let me brush her teeth. She refused to take her beloved pacifier out of her mouth, and every time I would try to use a finger brush it ended in struggling, tears, and stress for us both. Traditional infant dental health tools like the finger toothbrush just didn’t work for our family.
As a dentist, I know what many parent don’t realize is cavities can form early and cause pain, infections, and even impact how adult teeth come in. During my dentistry training, I encountered infants who suffered baby bottle caries or nursing bottle caries, resulting in extensive cavities of their upper front teeth. These teeth were so decayed that there was no choice but to remove them. The Calm and Clean pacifier would prevent situations such as this and give families the opportunity to learn about early cavity prevention.
That’s what led me to create a better solution. After years of research and product development, I’m proud to help other parents struggling with teeth brushing! An infant toothbrush that is soothing and familiar to help kids like Ashima build healthy dental habits without a fight.
The Calm and Clean pacifier toothbrush is the tool I wish I’d had, and it’s our mission at FROGLILY is to develop more practical products that make your life as a parent easier.
