Returns, Refunds, & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your FROGLILY purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)
Please note: Items that arrive damaged due to reasons unrelated to our fulfillment or are returned outside the 15-day window may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returned items.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not return items to the warehouse address unless directed to do so by our team.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the next steps, including the appropriate shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or return shipping fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need a replacement of the same product, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card once the return is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was sent to the gift-giver first, we’ll process the refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your final refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for returns valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
